About Now Currency Exchange
Now Currency Exchange is a new foreign currency exchange brand launched by Y&W, Inc., a fund transfer company.
In anticipation of the increase in foreign tourists visiting Japan after the new coronavirus pandemic from 2020, we developed a foreign currency exchange system based on the know-how of overseas remittance business. And in July 2023, we opened a new foreign currency exchange brand called "Now Currency Exchange" in Shinjuku.
Since the start of the Now Current Exchange operation in 2023, we have introduced HITACHI's counterfeit currency discrimination system and are taking various measures to ensure that customers can use it with confidence.
High foreign currency transactions require inventory check in advance, so please contact us before exchanging money. It may not be possible to exchange money depending on the inventory status. Please understand.
About Currency exchange
The exchange rate includes a fee, so no additional exchange fee is required.
As for the exchange rate, I cannot say it uniformly because it changes from day to day, but our company is trying to set the exchange rate to a gain of 4% to 15% compared to the exchange rate at airports, banks, and ATMs in foreign currency. (However, it does not compensate for the exchange rate required, but it is a standard.)
Please provide your name and phone number as we may contact you after the exchange of foreign currency. Also, if the transaction amount is more than 2 million yen, an identity verification procedure is required, so please bring an ID card with a face photo.

About Online currency exchange
The total number of applications is between 30,000 yen and less than 100,000 yen, 500 yen is free for those over 100,000 yen. If you receive it at the counter, the fee is free.
You cannot choose the recommended type of bill for both counter and internet applications, but we will respond to your request according to the inventory status.
In Japan, cash delivery can only be done by cash registered mail, but in the case of foreign currency, it is not treated as cash due to classification.
If the item is received by 3 p.m., it should be shipped on the same day in principle. In principle, cases received after 3 p.m. should be sent the next day. Delivery may take 1 to 3 days or more for reasons such as region and flying.
